2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition since sufficient cause has been shown. Mr.K.Srinivasa Moorthy, learned SPCGSC, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent has also not raised any serious objection for allowing this petition.

3. Accordingly, this petition is allowed as prayed for.
