ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police twice in a month i.e.on the first and third

week of every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.9576 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No. 10576 of 2025 dated 18.06.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and hence, he seeks to relax the condition imposed by this Court.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition and final report was filed.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No. 9576 of 2025 in Cr.O.P.No.10576 of 2025 dated 18.06.2025 is relaxed.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
