ORDER

The petitioner has been granted bail for the offences punishable under Section 6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act 2012 in Crime No.59 of 2025. Thus, the petitioner seeks relaxation for the condition imposed in para 8(b) "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, everyday at 10.30 a.m., until filing of the charge sheet and thereafter, appear before the Trial Court on all hearing dates, without fail" in Crl.O.P.No.18321 of 2025 dated 15.07.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed in para 8(b) in Crl.O.P.No.18321 of 2025 dated 15.07.2025, "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, everyday at 10.30 a.m., until filing of the charge sheet and thereafter, appear before the Trial Court on all hearing dates, without fail" is relaxed. The other conditions shall remain unaltered.
