Respondent Prayer:Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to set aside the order in Crl.M.P.No.4649 of 2019 dated 30.09.2019 by which the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge at Thiruvallur and directed the petitioner to deposit Rs.50,000/- before the Jurisdictional Tahsildar concerned to the credit of District Mines and Minerals Foundation Trust as Non-refundable deposit.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to set aside the order in Crl.M.P.No.4649 of 2019 dated 30.09.2019.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 3.Considering the submissions made by the counsel on either side, this court is inclined to modify one of the conditions imposed on the petitioner made in Crl.M.P. No.4649 of 2019, order dated 30.09.2019, to the effect that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) instead of Rs.50,000/- to the credit of District Mines and Minerals Foundation Trust as Non-refundable deposit, failing which, the petition shall stand automatically dismissed. All other conditions shall stand as it is.
