This Petition has been filed to grant leave to the petitioner to file the Writ Miscellaneous Petition to recall the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.9535 of 2022 dated 20.04.2022.

2. As the prayer sought for by the petitioner in the present petition cannot be granted by this Court, this petition is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
