As no adverse order is being passed against the respondents 3 and 4, notice to the respondents 3 and 4 is dispensed with and this Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

This Writ Petition (Criminal) has been filed to directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to conduct enquiry on the petitioner's representation/complaint dated 17.02.2025 and provide adequate police protection to the petitioner's property to an extent of about 7 cents 251 sq.ft. in S.No.20/1, Vilavankurichi Village, Visuvasapuram, Coimbatore District.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the subject property was jointly purchased by the petitioner and the 3rd respondent. Now the 3rd respondent in collusion with the 4th respondent has put up a permanent construction as a prayer house and not allowing the petitioner to enter to the property. Therefore, he seeks action.

4. The entire allegation is civil in nature. If at all the petitioner's right is denied, it is for him to establish the same in the manner known to law and not by police.

5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition (Criminal) is dismissed. 2/4
