2.The prayer is for a mandamus forbearing the respondents from interfering with the peaceful conduct of business of cross massage under the name and style of Shiva Ayurvedic Centers and Spa at Perundurai Main Road, Erode, Erode District.
3.Mr.Veda Bagath Singh, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents states that the counter has been filed by R2 as early as in January 2018. Since the counter is unavailable in the bundle, a copy is handed over which reveals that the Ayurvedic Centre and Spa has no licence from any competent authority and thus without obtaining a proper licence the petitioner must not be permitted to engage in such activity. 4.Written instructions are also filed to the effect that on an inspection of the address where the spa is stated to be located, there is only a Children Play Centre. Thus, nothing appears to survive in this matter and recording the above narration, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
