This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in para 8 clause(a) alone of the order made in Crl.OP.No.17794 of 2024 dated 27.09.2024 that directing the petitioner to produce the original title deeds.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the reason stated by the petitioner that title deeds in respect of disputed property was already handed over to the Power Agent and they are unable to produce the title deeds and civil suit is also pending, this Court is inclined to modify the condition 8(a) imposed as against the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner should not alienate the disputed property to the third parties except the person who already paid money to the deceased G.Ramachandran and other conditions imposed by this Court remains intact.

4. Since this petition is pending for modification and the same is pending before this Court, it is appropriate to extend the time for another period of one month to execute the sureties and to comply with the conditions. Accordingly ordered.
