This petition has been filed to permit the petitioner/plaintiff to produce additional documents mentioned in the affidavit on behalf of the plaintiff.
2. The learned counsel for the defendants raised serious objection to file the documents.
3. Having regard to the nature of allegations raised in the application, I am of the view that the petition has to be allowed. Further, mere filing of the documents will not amount to proof of the documents and if the defendants have any objection with regard to the same, they can raise their objection at the time of trial and on such objection being raised by them, the same may be noted by the Master. Admissibility, relevancy and proof of the documents will be decided at the time of final disposal of the suit. Accordingly, This petition is allowed and the plaintiff is permitted to file the additional documents sought to be marked.
4. Post the matter before the learned Additional Master-IV for recording evidence on 25.11.2019 and entire evidence of both side shall be completed on or before 20.12.2019.
5. Post the matter before this court during the first week of December 2019.
