These Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 798 days in setting aside the abatement caused due to the death of the first respondent; to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the first respondent; to bring on record the proposed petitioners as respondents 12 and 13 as the legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent in the above Second Appeal.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these miscellaneous petitions, the same are allowed. 22.01.2025 gsk NOTE : Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title of the above Second Appeal.
