The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner/wife to withdraw the case in IDOP No.1453 of 2017 pending on the file of the I Additional Family Court, Chennai and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, Kanyakumar @ Nagarcoil.

2. On several occasions, this Court was ordered notice to the respondent through Court as well as privately and the same could not be served till date. All the notices and private notices were returned with an endorsement as ''Party vacated''. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court by way of this miscellaneous petition for taking substituted service.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials.

4. In view of the above, this petition is ordered and the petitioner is permitted to take notice to the respondent through substituted service by way of paper publication in ''Malaichudar'' in local edition on or before 08.11.2019.

5. Post the matter on 22.11.2019.
