Respondents Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 6.8.2024 with regard to collection of tax amount and auditing in the 3rd respondent's panchayat account.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Petitioner's grievance is that his representation dated 6.8.2024, though has been considered by respondent No.2, no decision has been taken on the same.
2. Mr.Prabakar states that petitioner has, during the personal hearing, admitted that he is only a pawn for some third party and the allegations made in the representation were also without any basis. Mr.Prabakar states that respondents will pass appropriate orders on the representation.
3. We also find that the allegations are bald allegations, without providing any details of who the said Renugadevi was and how the figure of
Rs.60,000/- has been arrived at. Counsel stated that Rs.60,000/- was collected from all the villagers, but we see no support to the petitioner from the villagers to approach this court. We are not satisfied that there is an element of public interest involved.
Petition is dismissed. At the same time, respondent No.2 may dispose of the representation and, if required, petitioner may within a week submit better particulars to respondent No.2, which shall be considered before passing orders on the representation.
