This Criminal Original Petition is filed for not to harass the petitioner. 2.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submits that one Malliga has given a petition regarding dispute over the property alleged to have been grabbed by this petitioner and another. However, the petitioner herein had informed the police that already suit was filed and settled through Lok Adalat and there is no ingredient in the complaint for enquiry. He further submits that the petitioner was not been harassed in any manner. In future also, he will be summoned only if necessary for enquiry.
