It is represented that the FCOP No.176 of 2019 preferred by the petitioner is pending on the file of the Family Court, Namakkal has already been transferred to the Family Court, Salem by order of this Court dated 19.02.2020 in Tr.CMP.No.61 of 2020.

2. In such view of the matter, nothing further survives in the Criminal Original Petition. Resultantly, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
