In a proposed suit for recovery of money from the defendants, the intending plaintiff seeks leave to sue the respondents before this Court. Learned counsel for the plaintiff submits that a substantial part of the cause of action arose within the jurisdiction of this Court because monies were paid to the defendants from the plaintiff's bank account at Chennai and the first defendant removed the plaintiff's computer and software from the plaintiff's office at Vadapalani, Chennai.

2. Upon examining the draft plaint and on considering the above submissions, it is clear that at least a part of the cause of action arose within the jurisdiction of this Court. Therefore, A.No.799 of 2023 is allowed by granting leave to the applicant to sue the respondents before this Court.
