Crl.M.P.No.16935 of 2023 in Crl.R.C.SR.No.52895 of 2023 M. NIRMAL KUMAR , J This petition is filed to condone the delay of 18 days in filing the above Criminal Revision.
2.Heard the learned Counsel for petitioner.
3.Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the first respondent and he has got no serious objection in allowing this petition.
4.As regards the private respondents 2 to 6 herein, though they were shown as respondents in the Lower Court order, no notice was served and they were not party to the proceedings. In view of the same, notice to the respondents 2 to 6 is dispensed with in the condone delay petition alone.
5.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay stands condoned and the petition is ordered.
