This petition is filed to transfer the case in C.C.No.4630 of 2009 pending before the Learned Fast Track Court - I, Metropolitan Magistrate, Allikulam, Egmore, Chennai, to the Learned Fast Track Court - II to the Metropolitan Magistrate, Allikulam, Egmore, Chennai.

2. The petitioner herein is the complainant in C.C.No.4630 of 2009. Due to certain allegation of the Presiding Officer, the petitioner has lost confidence in the said Presiding Officer and had sought for transfer of the case to some other Court. This https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petition was filed in the month of November-2019. Now, in 2022, the same Officer is not Presiding the said Court and the Learned Counsel for the petitioner is not in a position to state the status of the case. In any event, the reason attributed for seeking transfer does not survive. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
