O R D E R

The Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the order dated 09.03.2016 in I.A. No. 625 of 2015 in O.S. No. 290 of 2014 on the file of District Munsif Court at Ambattur.

2. As this suit is pertaining to the year 2014, this Court directed the registry to ascertain the status of the suit from the concerned Court by order dated 04.06.2024. Accordingly, the District Munsif Court, Ambattur has submitted the status report on 26.06.2024.

3. On perusal of the same, it appears that the suit in O.S. No. 290 of 2014 was dismissed for default on 11.03.2022.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the suit was dismissed for default on 11.03.2022, till now, no papers are served to them seeking to restore the suit.

5. There is no representation for the respondents. 2/4

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, as the suit itself was dismissed by order dated 11.03.2022, in our considered view, further adjudication is not required in the present civil revision petition.

7. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed.

8. However, the petitioner is at liberty to take steps to revive this CRP, if the suit is restored in the trial Court.

9. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
