ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) It appears that aggrieved by the notice dated 30.07.2025, petitioners have filed a petition under Section 80(A) of the Town and Country Planning Act, 1971, before the competent authority, along with application for stay.

2. Though after 30.07.2025, no notice has been issued to petitioners, petitioners have an apprehension that without decision

on stay application, respondents may proceed to demolish the construction.

3. Considering that the matter is pending consideration before the revisional authority, without commenting upon merits, we are inclined to dispose of the case with direction to revisional authority to decide stay application within ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Petition is disposed. There shall be no order as to costs. WMP No.36342 of 2025 filed to permit the petitioners to file a single writ petition is allowed, subject to payment of separate court-fee within two weeks. Other interim application is closed.
