C.M.P.No.4260 of 2024 in S.A.No.108 of 2005 G.ARUL MURUGAN,J.

This Court by its order dated 18.01.2024 allowed the C.M.P.No.

29296 of 2023 by condoning the delay of 97 days on payment of cost of Rs.2,500/- to the High Court Legal Services Authority.

2.Today, when the matter was taken for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner reported that the cost had been paid and that he had filed a Memo on 29.01.2024 to that effect.

3. In view of the same, the C.M.P.No.4260 of 2024 is allowed and the Second Appeal is restored.

List the Second Appeal after two weeks.
