O R D E R

The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 296(b), 118(1), 351(3) of 1/4

the BNS, equal to 341, 294(b), 324, 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.458 of 2025, registered on the file of the respondent.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner herein alleged to cause head injury to the defacto complainant using iron rod during quarrel in the temple festival.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the defacto complainant has sustained severe cut injuries on the head resulting in 11 stitches and this petitioner has attacked the defacto complainant in the drunken mood.

4. Considering the nature of the crime, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
