This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, everyday at 10.30 a.m. and 05.30 p.m., until further orders, in Crl.O.P.No.25818 of 2022, dated 31.10.2022.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
