(ii) to pass an order of injunction restraining respondents 1 and 2 from redeploying surplus teachers from some other schools to petitioner school as against the vacancy in which third respondent was appointed (in WMP.No.31279/20198) pending disposal of above WP.No.31154/2019 respectively.

MUNUSAMY, SPECIAL GOVERNMENT PLEADER (EDUCATION) for Respondents in both the petitions the court made the following order:- This Court is not satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the present Miscellaneous Petitions.
