The application is to implead the proposed 8th respondent as legal representative of the deceased 3rd respondent, S.V.R.Saroja.

2. The other legal representatives of the deceased 3rd respondent are already on record.

3. The applicant wants to bring on record the proposed 8th respondent also as legal representative of the deceased 3rd respondent, S.V.R.Saroja.

4. Mr.R.Natarajan, learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos.4 to 6, submits that he is instructed to appear on behalf of the proposed 8th respondent also.

5. In light of that, the application is allowed and disposed of.
