The petitioners who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 324, 506 Part II IPC in Crime No.514 of 2023, seek anticipatory bail. 2.It is stated that there was a land dispute between the petitioners and the defacto complainant, which dispute escalated into violence, leading to registration of First Information Report. It is also stated that the injured are still in hospital. 3.At this stage, this petition is premature. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
