Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records in Na.Ka.No.30/Co-BGR/INS/2025 dated 07.8.2025 passed by the 3rd respondent and quash the same and subsequently direct the 3rd respondent to grant permission to run the Association of the petitioner. O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents and perused the documents placed on record.

2. Though the petitioner has challenged the impugned order passed by the 3rd respondent rejecting to grant permission to play rummy on the ground according permission may lead to gambling involving the children, now, the learned counsel for the petitioner would seek permission of this Court to furnish fresh request to the 3rd respondent removing permission for playing rummy.

3. In such view of the matter, the petitioner is permitted to furnish fresh representation restricting only for the sport activities and on such representation, the 3rd respondent police shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid direction. No costs.
