O R D E R

Challenging the concurrent finding of the Courts below ordering eviction under section 21[2] [A] of Tamilnadu Regulation of Rights and Responsibilities of Landlord and Tenant Act 2017 for non registration of the agreement, the present Civil Revision Petition has been filed.

2. When the matter is taken up toady, the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner filed an affidavit of the revision petitioner to the effect that the revision petitioner is willing to vacate the property and seeks one year time, since he is running a hotel and to establish same in another place.

4. Considering the nature of the building in which the eviction is ordered, this Court is inclined to grant 6 months time to the revision petitioner to vacate the premises. It is made clear that the petitioner shall vacate the premises without reference to the execution proceedings as undertaken before this Court. In the event, the revision petitioner failed to vacate the premises within six months, the same will invite contempt proceedings.
