Petitioner herein representing the villagers of Karuvakurichi has sought for police permission to conduct Adal Padal in the night of 21.10.2023. That petition was rejected by the respondent police assigning reasons. This Court does not want to interfere with the discretion of the administration which has more input about the law and order issue prevailing in the village.
