This petition has been filed to relax the condition ordered in Crl.O.P.No.22602 of 2024 dated 19.09.2024 in Para No.6(a) that the petitioner should appear before the Bhuvanagiri Police Station daily at 10.30 am for 30 days.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the fact that investigation is complete and taking into consideration that the petitioner has complied the condition for 22 days and other aspects, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday for a period of four weeks.
