ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent to expedite the appeal in Letter No.7336568/G/2024-1 dated 13.09.2024 which challenges the order dated 15.09.2022 in A.R.C.No.509 of 2019 passed by the 3rd respondent within a period determined by the Court.
2. Since no adverse order has been passed against the respondents 2 and 3, notice to the respondents 2 and 3 are dispensed with.

3. Mrs.S.Anitha, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the 1st respondent. In view of the consent expressed by the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
4. The case of the petitioner is that he had filed an appeal in Letter No.7336568/G/2024-1 dated 13.09.2024 before the 1st respondent, challenging the order dated 15.09.2022 made in A.R.C.No.509 of 2019 passed by the 3rd respondent. Since the same was not disposed by the 1st respondent, the petitioner has filed this writ petition before this Court for appropriate orders.
5. Though very many grounds have been raised in this writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would suffice, if this Court, issues a direction to the 1st respondent to dispose the Appeal in Letter No.7336568/G/2024-1 dated 13.09.2024 on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.

Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the 1st respondent to consider the appeal in Letter No.7336568/G/2024-1 dated 13.09.2024 and dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner and aggrieved persons, if any.
