When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Advocate Commissioner has filed a report stating that vehicle has been seized and handed over the possession of the vehicle to the applicant herein. It is further stated that he spent two days in Uttar Pradesh and with great difficulty has seized the vehicle and therefore requested this Court to order additional remuneration of Rs.50,000/- .

2. Considering the sincere efforts taken by the learned Advocate Commissioner in seizing and handing over the vehicle to the application, this Court directs the applicant to pay a sum of Rs.40,000/- to the learned Advocate Commissioner towards additional remuneration within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. Accordingly, this application stands closed.
