This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, in Crl.M.P.No.15369 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.21567 of 2022 dated 17.10.2022.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on the 1st working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
