ORDER

This petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the FIR registered vide Crime No. 159 of 2017 dated 02.09.2017, pending on the file of the Ooty Central Town Police Station, Nilgiris and to quash the same.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the respondent Police had completed the investigation and filed a final report and the same has been taken cognizance in S.C.No.52 of 2018, before the learned Mahila Court, Nilgiris.
