The petitioner herein seeks police protection, since she apprehends danger at the hands of her son, who prevents her from collecting the rent from the tenant of the premises of which she is the owner. A representation has been given by the petitioner to the 2nd respondent on 27.09.2023. 2.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submits that it is a civil dispute between mother and her son wherein the Court decree has been in favour of the petitioner. If there is any cognizable offence is made out, police will take appropriate action. 3.

Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
