This contempt petition has been filed consequent to an order of this Court dated 05.01.2024 in W.P. No. 4967 of 2020.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents has filed a typed-set of papers stating that grant of notional increment to the employees notional increment with pensionary benefits sanctioned in favour of the petitioner, as per the Court order. A copy of the same has also been served on the learned counsel for the petitioner, who also acknowledged its receipt.
