The Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed praying to pass an order directing the Registry to reconstruct A.S.SR.No.48827 of 2019. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the case papers relating to A.S.SR.No.48827 of 2019 returned by the Registry, Madras High Court and the learned counsel has taken back the bundle for compliance for the defects noted by the Registry. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that the bundle is lost and thus, they are unable to re-present the case papers to the Registry. Hence, the present petition is filed seeking direction for re-construction of the case papers.

3.In view of the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the miscellaneous petition, the petitioner is directed to re-construct the case papers and re-present the same before the Registry, Madras High Court, who in turn shall scrutinize the papers in all respects and accordingly, proceed in accordance with law.
