ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the second respondent to consider and pass orders on the application submitted by the petitioner dated 03.06.2024 for counter signature of the permit in respect of the route Bangalore to Jolarpet renewed by the State Transport Authority, Karnataka under Sl.No.156/Sub.No.128/2013, dated 02.12.2023.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.
3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the application dated 03.06.2024 submitted by the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
