This Application has been filed by the applicant seeking to annul the order of adjudication dated 19.07.2010 in I.P.No.115 of 2001 and to revest the estate of the insolvent to the applicants 1 to 3. 2.Learned counsel appearing for the applicant would submit that the learned Official Assignee received only two claims and those two claims were settled. He would also submit that the Government commission has also been paid and therefore, he seeks to annul the order of adjudication dated 19.07.2010 in I.P.No.115 of 2001.

3.Learned Official Assignee and the learned counsel appearing for the petitioning creditor also confirmed the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the applicant.

rst 4.Though the learned Official Assignee and the learned counsel appearing for the petitioning creditor orally submit that the claims were settled, this Court directs learned Official Assignee to file report in this regard, so as to enable this Court to pass comprehensive order. 5.Post the matter on 10.07.2023.
