O R D E R

The present Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the order dated 09.03.2016 in I.A.No.630 of 2015 in O.S.No.292 of 2014 on the file of the District Munsif Court at Ambattur.

2. This Court directed the registry by its order dated 04.06.2024 to get the status of the suit from the concerned Court. Accordingly, the District Munsif Court, Ambattur vide its letter in D.No.109 of 2024 dated 21.06.2024 informed that the suit in O.S.No.292 of 2014 was dismissed as withdrawn on 05.04.2018.

3. In view of the fact that the suit itself is already dismissed by the lower Court, in our considered opinion, no further adjudication is required in the present Civil Revision Petition.

4. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. 2/4

5. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
