Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this condone delay petition, this petition stands ordered. The delay of 110 days in filing the above appeal as against the judgment passed in Sessions Case No.116 of 2023, dated 12.04.2024, on the file of the learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Cuddalore @ Virudhachalam, is hereby condoned. 2.Since the present appeal has been filed by the State, the accused requires to be heard https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

in the matter. Therefore, we hereby appoint Ms.N.Premalatha, Advocate, No.1D, First Floor, Seashell Apartment, Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai 600 041, as a Legal Aid Counsel for the respondent, who shall assist the Court. The Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority shall pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) to the Legal Aid Counsel, as an initial remuneration.

3.Registry is directed to serve the copies of the typed set of papers to Mrs.N.Premalatha, Legal Aid Counsel and post the appeal for hearing on 23.04.2025, if the papers are otherwise in order.
