PRAYER:Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ a Mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction, forbearing the respondents, their men, agents or anybody acting through them from in any manner raising any form of structures, constructions or resettlement of any persons on the Veppur-Pannadam road, obstructing the free ingress the egress of the petitioner's access to agricultural lands situated in Survey Nos.96/3A, 96/3B & 96/2 in Pennadam revenue Village, Tittagudi Taluk, Cuddalore District, situated on the eastern side of Veppur-Pennadam road marging & Mukkulam Temple, North of Irular colony in Survey No.94, South of Plot No.96/5B, measuring North-South 44.8 meters.
