ORDER
This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.993/2016 now pending investigation on the file of the 1st respondent to the file of the second respondent.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that after completion of the investigation, the owner of the building has been arrayed as A1 and the Manager has been arrayed as A2 and filed a final report and the same has been taken in C.C.No.632 of 2018 on the file of the VIII Metropolitan Magistrate Court, G.T.Chennai-1, which is pending for trial. 3. Taking cognizance in C.C.No.632 of 2018 on the file of the VIII Metropolitan Magistrate Court, G.T.Chennai-1, which is pending for trial, further investigation does not arise.
