However, the writ petition has been filed seeking a direction against the respondents to settle or pay the fixed deposit amount of Rs.2,35,000/- along with savings amount of Rs.67.270 totally Rs.3,02,270/- together with 7.75% of interest. 2.The learned Additional Government Pleader (Puducherry) had forwarded a letter issued by the petitioner herein on 08.12.2022 wherein, she had affirmed received of a sum of Rs.3,02,270/-. Nothing further survives for adjudication in the writ petition. It is for that purpose, the learned counsel for the petitioner was also not present.
