ORDER

This Criminal Revision has been filed as against the judgment passed against the revision petitioner / accused in C.A.No.29 of 2021 dated 23.04.2022, on the file of II Additional District and Session Judge, Vellore. 2.

While pending revision, the petitioner and the respondent entered into amicable settlement by way of a settlement deed dated 18.06.2025. According to the settlement, the entire cheque amount has been paid by the petitioner to the respondent. Both the petitioner and the respondent appeared before this Court and the respondent deposed that he has no objection to set aside the conviction imposed against the petitioner.

3. Recording settlement, the judgment dated 23.04.2022 passed in C.A.No.29 of 2021 on the file of II Additional District and Session Judge, Vellore confirming the judgment made in STC No.297 of 2018 dated 11.03.2021 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate - II, Walajapet, Vellore District, is hereby set aside and the petitioner is set at liberty.
