This Criminal Original Petition is filed to enlarge the petitioners on bail in the event of apprehending arrest in C.C.No.10 of 2023 pending on the file of the learned Special Court under TNPID Act, Chennai.

2. After investigation, final report has been filed before the learned Special Court under TNPID Act, Chennai and taken cognizance as C.C.No.10 of 2023. It is seen that Non Bailable Warrant is pending against the petitioner. Further, he has been shown as absconding accused.

Therefore, the petition for anticipatory bail would not arise.

3. The petitioner shall subject himself with the direction of the trial Court. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
