The petitioner has filed this writ petition for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to postpone the enquiry in pursuant to the notice in Na.Ka.3145/2017/A9/Ni/A, dated 03.05.2017 till the disposal of the Suit in O.S.No.91 of 2016 on the file of the Sub Court, Perundurai,

When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the as per the interim order of this Court, the notice dated 03.05.2017 issued by the first respondent/The District Revenue Officer, Erode has been withheld and the enquiry has been postponed.
