This Criminal Original petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking for to call for the records in respect of FIR in Crime NO.356 of 2016 dated 14.11.2016 filed under Sections 344, 406, 420 and 506(i) I.P.C. pending before the Inspector of Police CCB, EDF-III, Vepery, Chennai- 600 007 and quash the same.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the charge sheet is closed as mistake of facts and the 2nd https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent filed a protest petition before the Court below and the same has been dismissed. Hence, nothing survives this petition for further adjudication.
