This Petition is filed to accept the affidavit and condone the delay of 96 days in filing the above Criminal Revision Case against the judgment in C.A.No.29 of 2021, dated 23.04.2022 passed by the learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Vellore.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent and perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3. The reasons stated in the affidavit is accepted and the delay of 96 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case is condoned. The petition is allowed.
