This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. and 05.30 p.m., for a period of six weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation in Crl.O.P.No.19543 of 2022, ordered on 29.08.2022.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
