ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to set aside the condition imposed on the petitioner by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Perambalur in Crl.MP.No.1381 of 2025 dated 11.08.2025 that the petitioner shall appear and sign before the Thiruvaiyaru Police Station at Thanjavur District daily at 10 a.m. for three weeks.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a daily waged agricultural coolie and has been suffering from Diabetes. He further submitted that due to his health complications, he is not able to travel to Thanjavur and sign before Thiruvaiyaru Police Station. Hence, he prayed for relaxation of condition No.4(iii) imposed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge in Crl.M.P.No.1381 of 2025.

3. It is seen that the petitioner was enlarged on anticipaotry bail for the offences alleged under sections 296(b), 118(1) and 351(3) of BNSS. The trial court while enlarging the petitioner on bail, taking into account the nature of

allegations and various other circumstances, imposed condition that the petitioner shall appear and sign before Thiruvaiyaru Police Station at Thanjavur.

4. In view of the above, I do not find any reason to interfere with the order passed by the Court below.
